Art Clay Silver Certification

Level One Certification

Thank you for your interest in Art Clay Silver Certification.  We are extremely proud of the Certification course that we offer.  The Level One certification course is offered on a one on one basis or small group (no more than four).   We schedule the course at your convenience.  We offer both English and Spanish instruction.  Demi and Ursula are both Senior Art Clay Silver Instructors.

The certification course includes 3 intense days of Art Clay instruction.  People who take the Certification course from us usually spend 8-10 hours a day working on the projects.  Level One certification costs $650.00 and covers all the materials.

The curriculum covers 9 different projects, teaching a variety of techniques, including the use of organic forms, creating flat and round-shank rings and a mirror finish. Additionally, the course covers the inclusion and firing of gemstones and glass. This course provides general and technical information, as well as helpful teaching guidelines.

Upon successful completion of this course you are entitled to:

• 35% discount on silver clay products
• Teach Art Clay introductory classes

Senior Certification

We offer the Art Clay Silver Senior Certification Course on a one to one basis.

The Senior Certification course is offered to Level One Certified Instructors.  You will learn advanced techniques to include using gold foil, brass and fine silver bezel wire.  You will also learn how to work with cork clay and will be challenged with attention to detail and fine finishing. 

After you complete this course you will be able to apply to Senior Instructor Status from Art Clay World.

You will have to complete 3 pieces of original work incorporating the techniques you learned during the certification course.  Specific guidelines are provided to which your pieces must conform.

When you are Certified as a Senior Instructor you are able to purchase Art Clay Silver at 42% discount, purchases over $500.00 may be granted “net 15” payment terms, you will be able to teach all Art Clay Certification Courses and attend trade shows and contentions as a compensated demonstrator and/or instructor.
